Write. Writing is a way to express you: your ideas, opinions and
knowledge. And you may do a lot of it in college and on the job.
vWrite a little
every day. Try keeping a daily journal to make a habit of writing.
vRead outside class
to increase into shorter periods with regular breaks.
vLet your writing
sit for a while and then come back to it.
vRead your writing
out loud or have someone read it to you.
vEdit someone
else’s writing and let that person edit yours.
vLearn to write
and write to learn.
vWrite creatively.
Writing on your personal web blog is a great way to put your words into writing
and to journalize your writing day after day.
vWrite your life
history
vWrite your life’s
goals in a journal review these goals often; revise your goals as needed. But,
write them down.
